Institutional masonry work completed for Ministry of Solicitor General and Public Security of Alberta under supervision of Everest Construction as General contractor for the project.

Short Scope of work

Provide all labor, equipment, and materials for the MASONRY scope of work in accordance with Drawings, Specifications, and Documents listed below.
Includes, but not limited to:

Supply and install Masonry
Install flashing, apply air barrier, install stone, install precast concrete sills, set up and dismantle scaffolding
Install veneer blocks, lay blocks, place rebar, apply air barrier
Supply and install Garbage Enclosure, lay blocks, place rebar, install veneer blocks, install concrete caps
Providing qualified on-site supervision at all times to ensure the quality control for work done under your scope of work and to ensure that your scope of work is to be completed within the agreed-upon timelines.
Providing qualified first alders while on-site in accordance with the contract documents and Alberta OHS Legislation.
Providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required to safely complete your scope of work for all your employees while on site. Minimum PPE requirements are CSA certified steel-toed boots, CSA certified hard hats, and reflective vests.
