Institutional masonry work completed for Ministry of Solicitor General and Public Security of Alberta under supervision of Everest Construction as General contractor for the project.
Short Scope of work
- Supply and Install of all types of CMUs
- Supply and Install of all mortar required for CMU’s, bond beams
- Install reinforcing bar
- Supply and Install joint reinforcement
- Supply and Install control joint and wire within masonry walls
- Install door anchors. Door anchors were supplied with doors. We do Installation only
- Supply and Install grout for doors and window frames (where required)
- Supply and Install security sealant
- Supply and Install caulking & sealant (masonry to masonry)
- Install loose angles for masonry
- Supply and Install Scaffolding for masonry scope
- Supply grout guard
- Install grout guard
- Supply and Install backer rod and sealant
- Drill dowel and epoxy
- Apply bonding agent to existing concrete surfaces.
